What You Need To Know for 2026

To make sure you’re getting the most out of your benefits, it’s important that you spend some time exploring and evaluating them during Annual Enrollment since your needs may have changed over the past year.

Here’s what you need to know for Annual Enrollment and next year.

What’s Changing for 2026

All Medical Plans Will Be Provided Through UMR

We regularly evaluate our plans and providers to ensure that we can continue to offer comprehensive, affordable health care coverage. Based on our recent evaluation, we have decided to consolidate our medical plan provider networks. As a result, starting January 1, 2026, all medical plan participants will be covered under UMR, a UnitedHealthcare provider network.

While more than 95% of Meritain Health providers are also in the UMR network, if you find that you’re affected by this change, you can connect with transition-of-care support through Accolade. Your Accolade Health Assistant is always your first line of support for any health care questions. Visit Accolade or call 877-727-0903.

$0 Copay for Teladoc Health Services for High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) Members

Teladoc Health  provides 24/7 access to licensed doctors and nurses — via web, phone or mobile app — who can help you deal with a wide range of non-emergency medical issues, from allergies to infections. Due to recent changes in federal law, all Teladoc Health medical and behavioral health visits are once again covered at 100% for HDHP participants, as they were before the policy was temporarily changed last year. No copayments are necessary.

Save More in Your Health Savings Account (HSA)

If you’re enrolled in the HDHP with HSA medical coverage option, you have access to an HSA which lets you stash away money on a before-tax basis to use on eligible health care expenses. This allows you to save money on health care costsand lower your taxable income. Next year you can contribute even more to your HSA: up to $4,400 if you have employee-only coverage and up to $8,750 if you cover at least one dependent. If you’re 55 or older, you can contribute an additional $1,000.

Keep in mind that these limits include CSL’s contribution, which is $500 if you have employee-only coverage and $1,000 if you cover at least one dependent. These contributions are deposited in equal installments over each pay period throughout the year. Important: To receive CSL’s HSA contribution, you must take action and agree to the HSA terms and conditions during Annual Enrollment.

Set Aside More Money for Dependent Care

With a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (Dependent Care FSA), you can set aside pretax dollars through automatic paycheck deductions — and reduce your taxable income in the process. And you can save even more in 2026. The maximum amount you can contribute to your Dependent Care FSA is increasing from $5,000 to $7,500 per year (the combined limit between you and your spouse).

Make the Most of Your CSL Benefits

To ensure you’re getting the maximum benefit from your CSL resources, take some time to explore and evaluate them before you enroll October 27 – November 7, 2025. Here are the main programs you may want to focus on.

Health

Medical

CSL offers a range of medical plans to meet your and your family’s diverse needs. Starting January 1, 2026, the Meritain Health provider network will be going away, and all medical plan participants will be covered under UMR, a UnitedHealthcare provider network. You’ll continue to have three medical plans to choose from as part of the UMR network:

  • Basic Plan: A preferred provider organization (PPO) option with prescription drug copays

  • HDHP with Health Savings Account (HSA): A high-deductible option with an HSA and prescription drug coinsurance

  • Premium Plan: A PPO option with prescription drug copays

Dental

You have two Aetna dental plan options to keep your teeth in tip-top shape: the Premium Dental Plan and the Base Dental Plan. Both cover preventive care services — including routine exams and cleanings — at 100%. The Premium plan offers lower coinsurance and deductibles and more coverage for basic and major services.

Vision

Keep your eyes on the prize by enrolling in one of CSL’s two vision plans. The Base Plan covers an eye exam at 100% and gives you access to discounts on other products. With the Premium Plan, you get a $200 annual allowance for frames and a $200 annual allowance for elective contact lenses.

Voluntary Supplemental Insurance

Accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity insurance are optional plans that reimburse you directly if you experience a covered event, regardless of what your medical plan pays. The per-paycheck costs for these plans are minimal, but they could help you save money in the long run. You can use the money for anything you want, including medical expenses not covered by your medical plan, transportation, meal preparation or delivery, housekeeping, your rent or mortgage, and more.

Financial

Fidelity Financial Guidance

Along with managing your 401(k), Fidelity offers a suite of financial wellness solutions designed to help you navigate your full financial picture, make informed decisions and feel confident about your future. These include budgeting tools, debt management resources, personalized financial coaching and educational workshops.

Accolade

If you’re enrolled in a medical plan, you have free access to Accolade Health Assistants who can advise you on a wide range of money-saving matters, including:

  • Finding ways to reduce your medical and prescription drug costs

  • Selecting the insurance plans and tapping into the benefit programs that are best suited to your financial situation

  • Understanding medical bills and resolving claims issues

  • Locating and selecting in-network providers

Life and AD&D Insurance

You automatically receive a basic level of coverage for both life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, paid for by CSL. During Annual Enrollment, you can secure even more protection for your family by purchasing supplemental and dependent insurance — for either life or AD&D insurance or both — in designated increments.

Legal Services

When you enroll in the legal services administered by MetLife Legal Plans (a MetLife company), you have convenient, affordable access to a network of attorneys who can help you and your eligible family members with a wide array of legal matters, from marital and family issues to matters related to home ownership and identity theft.

Wellbeing

Mental Health Benefit

Through Lyra, you, your spouse/domestic partner and all members of your household each have access to eight therapy or coaching sessions per year at no cost. All Lyra providers are in-network under all CSL medical plans, so your counseling visits will be covered if you want to continue treatment past the initial eight sessions. These continued care sessions are subject to in-network mental health cost-sharing, as defined under your specific medical plan.

Headspace

Whether you’re looking for help with meditation, sleep, movement or focus, the Headspace app can support you in boosting your mental wellbeing at no cost to you.

Personify Health

With Personify Health, you get personalized help to discover health goals that matter to you. As a bonus, if you’re a full-time employee, you can earn up to $400 per year as you track your goals. Note: If you’re a new user, you’ll receive a pass phrase in your welcome email.

Care@Work

Whether you need assistance with after-school care, you’re caring for an ill child or aging parent, or you need a pet sitter, Care@Work can give you the support you need at a moment’s notice. You have access to 20 backup care days for the year. You can also exchange your backup-care benefit for dog walking or pet sitting services through Rover.com. You do not need to be enrolled in a CSL medical plan to use this benefit, but you must register on the Care@Work site.

If You Don’t Take Action

  • Your current medical, prescription drug, vision and dental coverage, as well as your financial protection benefits, will continue for plan year 2026. If you’re currently enrolled in a Meritain Health medical plan, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the same plan under the UMR network.

  • Your Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account contributions will not continue. You must take action if you want to keep contributing to these accounts and receiving the HSA employer contribution.

Even if you aren’t making any changes, it’s important to evaluate your options and confirm your covered dependents and coverage levels.

Keep in mind that if you don’t make changes now, you’ll have to wait until the next Annual Enrollment period to update your benefits unless you experience a qualified life event (such as getting married or having a baby).

Not Making Changes to Your Medical Plan?

If you’re currently enrolled in a UMR medical plan, you won’t receive a new UMR ID card. Employees currently covered under Meritain Health will receive new ID cards in January 2026. If you need a new ID card, contact Accolade for assistance.
