Double vision…not so good. Double options…very good! Because you have two vision plan options — Base and Premium — and two provider options — EyeMed and VSP — to choose from, you can make sure you have the right amount of coverage for your specific eye care needs.

Here’s how the vision plans work:

  • The Base Plan is a PPO option that covers in- and out-of-network care. This plan covers an eye exam at 100% and gives you access to discounts on other products.
  • The Premium Plan is an enhanced PPO option that covers in- and out-of-network care, with additional allowances for lenses, frames and contacts.
  • You’ll pay the cost of vision coverage with before-tax dollars. How much you pay is based on the vision plan you choose and the number of dependents you cover. You can enroll any combination of you, your spouse, and your children in the option you choose.
