Every day, you see your colleagues doing amazing work, delivering on our Promise and bringing our Values to life. Wouldn’t it be great to have a way to recognize those who go above and beyond? You do! Through the Celebrate the Promise employee-recognition program, you can quickly and easily show your appreciation by passing along a simple thank-you eCard or by giving points that can be redeemed for rewards.
Who’s Eligible?
All CSL regular employees (permanent full-time/part-time and fixed-term) are eligible to participate in Celebrate the Promise. Due to employment regulations, contractors, consultants and contingent workers are not eligible.
Highlights
You can visit the Celebrate the Promise website anytime to:
- Send an eCard or award to someone you feel deserves recognition.
- Use the social feed to see who’s being recognized in real time.
- View your available awards, redeem your points or add items to your wish list.
- Track your recognition and award order history, adjust your personal profile settings, choose colleagues to follow and more.
You can perform the same tasks through the Great Work app. Just download the app through the App Store or Google Play, enter your company name (e.g., Seqirus, CSL, CSL Behring, etc.) and enter your pairing code, which you can find in the banner at the top of the Celebrate the Promise homepage.
How to Show Appreciation
To recognize a colleague, just follow these steps.
Send an eCard
Send an eCard
- Click the Recognize button. This will open the “Send Appreciation” form.
- Click on the name to add a recipient, or type your recipient’s name in the search bar.
- Click Send eCard.
- Select the CSL Values.
- Click Next.
- Choose from dozens of unique animated cards for different occasions. To preview any card, hover over an image and click Preview. To exit Preview, click the “X” in the top right corner. Once you’ve found the card you want, hover over the card and click Select.
- Personalize your card with a message.
- Click Send to send the card now, or click Schedule for later to have the card sent on another date.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message. Click Appreciate Someone Else to be redirected to the “Send Appreciation” form, or click Done to return to the recognition homepage.

- Click the Recognize button. This will open the “Send Appreciation” form.
- Click on the name to add a recipient, or type your recipient’s name in the search bar.
- Select Send Award Nomination. A dialogue box will appear with options to customize your award. Unsure which award level is appropriate? Click Need help determining an award level? to open the Award Assistant.
- Click Next.
- Choose the CSL Value. The Approval Path will show those who must approve the award and will allow you to send a note to the approver.
- Click Next.
- Choose whether or not the award will be displayed on the social wall.
- Add a note describing the great work done by the individual or team you’re nominating.
- Click Submit.
- You’ll receive a confirmation that you’ve successfully created an award nomination.
Service Anniversary Award Program
As an additional way to show you how much we appreciate your contributions to CSL, we award you Celebrate the Promise points every five years on your service anniversary date. Here’s the number of points you’ll receive on each five-year anniversary:
