  • Allergies
  • Sore throats, colds and flu
  • Digestive issues
  • Fevers
  • Infections
  • Bronchitis and laryngitis
  • Skin rashes, including poison ivy/oak
  • Sprains and strains
  • Dermatology issues such as acne, eczema and rashes
  • Nutrition counseling

Primary360

Take your online care a step further with Teladoc’s Primary360. Start by selecting a board-certified primary care doctor and meeting with them by phone or video. You’ll see the same doctor every time you need care, so you can develop a personal relationship with them, and they can help you stay up to date on your screenings and tests. You also have access to a dedicated Care Team — at no cost to you — that can help you check your vitals, coordinate lab and imaging orders, assist with referrals to specialists, and answer questions.

Members age 13 and older can speak to a licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, counselor or therapist to manage everything from stress and depression to addiction and family difficulties. For children ages 13–17, a parent or guardian needs to schedule the appointments and be present for the first appointment.

How Much Does a Teladoc Visit Cost?

All medical and behavioral health visits with Teladoc are covered at 100% under the CSL medical plans. No copayments are necessary.
