You contribute so much to CSL’s mission every single day. But we know your generosity may extend beyond the workplace. When you get inspired to contribute to other causes, we want to fully support you in that endeavor. Through the Workplace Giving Program, CSL matches your donations (up to $1,000) to the charities of your choice. We’ll even donate to the organizations where you volunteer.
How It Works
When you contribute to any qualifying charity or nonprofit organization, CSL matches your contribution, up to $1,000 per calendar year.
We also want to recognize the volunteer time that many of you dedicate to making an impact on your community. Through the Dollars for Doers part of the Workplace Giving Program, CSL donates $100 for every eight hours of volunteer work you donate to a qualifying nonprofit organization. These CSL donations count toward the $1,000 company match.
Note: Qualifying charities and nonprofit organizations must have a 501(c)(3) status and work in the areas of education, social services, culture, health care or the environment. Gifts must be in compliance with CSL’s values, applicable laws, regulations and Code of Conduct. CSL will not provide funding to individuals, physicians, health care providers, lobbying organizations or political action committees.
Get Started
You can access the Workplace Giving platform by logging in to your personal NetBenefits account. If you already have a 401(k) account with Fidelity, you’ll use the same login for the Workplace Giving Program. If you don’t have a 401(k) account with Fidelity, you’ll need to create a login and password.
Once logged in, click the Workplace Giving tile, or the Workplace Giving link under the Benefits tab.
