New to CSL?

Welcome to CSL! We’re committed to the overall wellbeing of our employees and their families. That’s why we offer resources with your needs in mind. CSL provides comprehensive benefit options, from health care to financial protection, so you can focus on doing work that matters. Take time to review what’s available and enroll in the benefits we offer to help you live your best life.

Your Enrollment Choices

CSL offers a range of benefits to support the needs of our employees and their families. There are certain benefits you’ll need to enroll in during your first 31 days (the benefit effective date will be your date of hire). While you’re making your decisions, be sure to consider who you want to cover, which plan fits how you want to pay for care, and which provider network makes the most sense for you and your family.

Note: The benefits you elect now will be in effect through the end of the calendar year unless you have a qualified life event. Your next opportunity to make changes will be during the Annual Enrollment period in the fall, with an effective date of the next January 1.

We also offer an additional suite of benefits you can enroll in at any time — and we encourage you to consider them now.

If You Don’t Enroll

If you don’t choose benefits within 31 days of your hire date, you will not have coverage for the year unless you have a qualified life event.
