CSL’s Care@Work benefit is available to full-time employees and offers the following:
Backup Care Program for in-home or in-center childcare and in-home adult care. Caregivers in the Backup Care Program have been vetted through background checks.
You have access to 20 backup care days for the year. If you decide to use the backup care benefit, you’ll be charged a subsidized rate of $4 an hour for in-home care and $15 per child per day at a childcare center.
Flexibility to use your personal network. As an alternative to backup childcare, you can use a caregiver or center of your choice and be easily reimbursed for a portion of the costs that exceed your copay. You can even use your backup care benefit to pay for summer camp costs.
Premium digital membership with Care.com. Paid 100% by CSL, Care.com offers one of the largest databases of providers for your family care needs, including care for a child, adult, home, pet and more.
Care.com online community. You can gather advice on a wide range of topics, including parenting and elder care, as well as how to find, manage and pay for care.
