May Is Mental Health Awareness Month

CSL is driven by its promise to stakeholders — including our 32,000 employees. As part of our promise, CSL continues to prioritize your wellbeing. You and the work you do every day matter to our patients, our donors, public health and people around the world. As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to join us in taking care of yourself and each other.

How We’re Continuing to Invest in Your Wellbeing

To foster wellbeing enterprise-wide, we’ve formed a Wellbeing Steering Committee, a cross-functional team of leaders and experts that includes Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S), HR and others. This team is focused on embedding wellbeing into your employee experience through global programs, policies, benefits and practices. You’ll hear more about this committee and the focus on wellbeing over the next several months.

We believe that by investing in your mental health and wellbeing, you’ll not only improve your quality of life, but also enhance your performance, creativity and collaboration at work. By raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues, we aim to create a more inclusive, supportive and compassionate workplace for all.
